Behaviour
Section titled “Behaviour”- The IGC files sync with the logbook so a flight can be opened on any device.
- Android downloads a flight’s file lazily when it opens, and Settings offers “Download all flight files”. Downloads use any network (P8B-D5).
Platform differences
Section titled “Platform differences”- iOS keeps the IGC text in the
CoreFlightDataentity, synced by CloudKit inside the pilot’s iCloud storage, with no cap in the app. - Android stores gzip IGC files in Cloud Storage (
users/{uid}/igc/{flightId}.igc.gz). Free users get 100 MB; Pro (thesyncStoragegate, read from therevenueCatEntitlementsclaim) lifts the cap. Raw imports are capped at 64 MiB, objects at 32 MB.
