Behaviour
Section titled “Behaviour”- A toggle for usage analytics and one for Mapbox metrics.
- Analytics are only sent from release builds and respect the opt-out.
Platform differences
Section titled “Platform differences”- iOS reports to Mixpanel. Android has no analytics SDK yet (Mixpanel planned); its tracking switch (Settings › Advanced, since unreleased) stores the choice per device, on by default, for when it has analytics (Android settings parity). It does not switch Crashlytics. Paywall events are only logged locally.
- Android has a Clear map artwork row and uses Crashlytics for crash reports in release builds; it does not use Firebase Analytics (P8B-D15).
